Meet Ray
Ray’s been installing flooring for close to ten years, and he was hooked from day one. There’s a real craft to it. Seaming carpet so the joins disappear. Wrapping a staircase clean around every spindle. Lining up a patterned carpet so the whole room reads as one piece. Getting that right is the bar he holds every job to.
For the past three years he’s worked as a trusted subcontractor and project manager for one of Ottawa’s flooring companies, handling measuring, scheduling, install, and warranty. In 2025 alone he ran more than 750 units across major Ottawa-area developments, including sites for Minto, Mattamy, Caivan, and Claridge Homes, coordinating more than ten crews at once and taking each home from the first measure to the final walkthrough with the homeowner.
That’s how Ray runs a job today: on schedule, on budget, done right the first time. It’s also why he started this business. Same craft, same reliability, straight to homeowners, across flooring and the full range of renovation work we do.
